Have a great time! There is a route that the pilgrims took that still has St Jacques in various street names on modern maps. Tour St Jacques is not far from Notre Dame, then you cross over a bridge and there are various streets eg Fosse St Jacques I think, that take you up past the Sorbonne. At the top of the hill is the church of St Jacques Haut Pas.
